The path to self-actualization can break open through a commitment to the practices of strength and movement training, mindfulness, and a dive into one’s purpose. A movement practice that builds strength has the capacity to build character, discipline, self-confidence, and higher self-esteem. Mindfulness brings light to the thoughts and emotions that lie beneath the limitations disguised as our excuses, resistance, and shortfalls. A heart connection to purpose drives all action (as a gift to the world) in an enlivening and sustainable way. It also sets the ground for passion and love in intimacy. Finally, heart practices and shadow work bring healing to the patterns that run our unconscious choices that often lead to difficulty in health, work, relationships, and life.

An integral life practice addresses the parts of ourselves that we see as separate and over time brings them into harmony. This brings an abundance of opportunity. The place to begin this transformation is with the body. Between spirit and soul, emotion, mind and body, the body is the most regularly accessible. There’s no denying the effects of our choices on ourselves as can be seen in the body. Internally we are brilliant at lying to ourselves and often just cannot see what’s blocking us. A look in the mirror, how much we can keep up with our days, how we feel throughout the day tells the story. If you doubt that, ask a friend or loved one who can be completely honest with you about what they see. But, working with the body is only a doorway to your self-actualization.
Good health leads to a full life. Happiness is an integral part of a full life. This life includes purpose, passion, love, growth, prosperity, abundance, and health and wellbeing…
